Ronnie Cane: author and founder in neurodiversity

After my late autism and ADHD diagnosis at 21, I built what I — and my close acquaintances whom were similar — needed, because it didn’t exist. That became a marketing company: an eight-person roster of exclusively neurodivergent talent. I exited three years in, having generated 1.2m in new business for clients in the neurodiversity sector.

In January 2025, I launched a proprietary product of what is now my new venture, The Neurodiversity Company, in The Neurodiversity Directory: the go-to platform for discovering neurodiversity-related services worldwide.

In November 2025, I published The Neurodiversity Book — my first major public commentary on neurodiversity and the comprehensive technical manual for coherence that’s been missing.
