Ronnie Cane: author and founder in neurodiversity

After my late autism and ADHD diagnosis at 21, I built a marketing company: an eight-person roster of exclusively neurodivergent talent. I exited three years in, having generated 1.2m in new business for clients in the neurodiversity sector alone.

In January 2025, I launched The Neurodiversity Directory — the go-to platform for discovering neurodiversity-related services worldwide.

In November 2025, I published The Neurodiversity Book — my first major public commentary on neurodiversity.

With a background in psychology and philosophy, all of my work is conversational leadership: I’m not a performer or speaker, I’m a dialogist.
