What I'm up to

Currently running one of the fastest growing digital agencies in the UK at 18.agency, with a fully neurodivergent team of marketing geniuses; our mission is to provide the first bullshit-free agency experience to all who need what we do.

I founded the company, well equipped with eight years experience in business and marketing, five weeks after receiving my late AuDHD diagnosis at 21. This is why my team and I are proud to be responsible for generating over half a million online in new business revenue in 2024 – helping neurodiversity companies get found by those who need them the most.

With my latest venture, The Neurodiversity Directory, in 2025 and beyond I will not stop until I have bridged the gap between every neurodivergent individual and their direct access to the myriad life changing solutions and support that’s available to them from the neurodiversity sector that I and oh so many others missed out on.

This will be achieved, simply, by making The Neurodiversity Directory the first-and-one-of-its-kind completely free digital town square that facilitates the educational and conversational transactions that are needed between business/potential customer.

Ultimately, I’ll solve your online success by:

  1. making you relevant to the right people and

  2. accessible and desirable to the customers in the market

  3. so that you don’t need to outsource overseas, hire in-house staff or work with an unaligned traditional (BS) agency.
