Ronnie Cane is a neurodivergent founder, strategist, and emerging author. Diagnosed with ADHD and autism at 21, he founded Eighteen Agency, a performance marketing firm led entirely by neurodivergent professionals. In 2025, he launched The Neurodiversity Directory, aiming to bridge the gap between neurodivergent individuals and the support systems they need. Ronnie is currently working on his first book, exploring the intersection of self-awareness, personal responsibility, and neurodivergence.
